May be needed if you want to use it for a Steam or PS controller. If you do not see the config directly, there is an option at the bottom to show configs for other controller types.

Select 'Community' from the list and pick the config.

On the bottom go to browse for controller configuration.

On the upper right go to the controller configuration.

Start 'Godlike Burger' and hit Shift+Tab for Steam Overlay.

If it still not opens the config via link, proceed here: Make sure your controller is listed at the bottom if the page - otherwise it is not recognized by Steam at all.

You need to activate the Configuration Assistent for your controller brand*.
